Chris Blacklock's Web Page

Reborn on June 15th, 2000 and revised on May 19th, 2006

After much inactivity, I have decided to once again work on my web page.  Much has happened since I last worked on my page many years ago.

Here is a bit of demographic information about me.  I'm a 31 year old white male with long hair who has been married for a little over two and a half years now.  I come from a lower socio-economic background, but I was lucky enough to attend college and get educated.  I completed my Bachelor's degree in Sociology, and am two classes shy of a Master's Degree in Applied Sociology at the University of Central Florida that I will never obtain because I am too content with my current job.  My resume lists all my academic achievements as well as my employment records.

Chren Enterprises was created in June of 1999 and this company is what I have been concentrating on during the past 7 years.

I'm pretty involved with computers, not just in my work, but also for music, movies, gaming, news, research, and communicating with others.  I try not to spend too much time on the computer, but most of the time I end up drifting toward it for one reason or another unless I am meandering through my backyard.

I am also a jaguar aficionado. Once you drive one, you won't want to drive anything else. You might notice a little black and white spotted cat to the left of vehicles in the picture. He is one of 11 cats that we care for. It might seem odd for a married couple to have 11 cats living under one roof. But the way I see it, we are able to provide an excellent home for 11 strays that would have been killed or neglected if it weren't for our willingless to take them in. We do our part to keep them happy and healthy and in return, we have a lot of great memories with our "furry children."

When I surf the web, I usually end up going to the same bookmarks over and over to find out what's new in the world.  I rarely go elsewhere unless someone sends me an especially interesting link and then it gets added to the meager bunch.  Most of them won't interest anyone, but me. However you are more than welcome to peek around and see what I am interested in. I highly recommend digg for all things useful on the internet.

Finally, the campy midi that you are being forced to listen to (unless you pressed the pause button) is none other than Whitesnake's "Is This Love." I have had it on my website for 6 years straight and have no intention of removing it.
